ZZP 3800 Single Pass Heat Exchanger
This is a custom hand built heat exchanger that is intended for when you add a liquid to air intercooler to your W-Body. They are bolt in with no cutting of the hood latch or hood latch support. This H.E. is the largest most well thought out radiator we've produced to date. This is a single pass design. It has a 1/2" npt bung on each side for your in/out liquid and the top bung is to either leave plugged or use as a fill hole. You will need to purchase 2-3 fittings that are 1/2" npt to the barb size of your choice that matches the size of your hoses. This one is intended for the Flojet IC pump, it has a bung on each side of the core.
Stage 3 core dimensions are 31 1/2" wide x 6 1/4" height x 2 3/4" thick.
Update note: As of September 2022 we are now including our ZZP stencil with all heat exchangers and intercoolers. This way you can choose to leave the intercooler blank, or spray paint the ZZP logo with your choice of color to match your build.
