ZZP Sonic Aluminum Radiator
ZZPerformance is proud to offer the very first 100% aluminum radiator for the Chevrolet Sonic. GM has continued to use plastic end tanks on their radiators, and with time those end tanks will eventually crack and fail. This fully aluminum radiator will dissipate heat faster, looks better, and is larger than stock. The stock radiator has a .65" core, our aluminum radiator is over an inch thicker coming in at 1.68" thick. We all know the 1.4 cooling system is a weak point from the factory, and this radiator will help you beef that system up and keep your car running great.
Installs like factory, with no modifications needed. Re-uses stock fans and sensors, and transmission line fittings are included.
Fits 2012-2020 Chevy Sonic 1.4 (Auto and Manual). Does not fit the 1.8. Does not fit the Chevrolet Cruze.
Radiator petcock size is 1/8" NPT.
